OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (wolf1728):

x = 12 and y = 7

OpenStudy (anonymous):

How would you work that out?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x+3 = 15 --> x = 12 3y - 1 = 2x - 4 3y -1 = 24 - 4 = 20 3y = 21 y = 7 ok?!!!!

OpenStudy (wolf1728):

PFEH 1999 answered that very well

OpenStudy (nurali):

x+3=15---(1) 3y-1=2x-4---(2) in equation (1) x=15-3 x=12 put value in equation (2) 3y-1=2(12)-4 3y-1=24-4 3y-1=20 3y=21 y=21/3 y=7

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank yo u @Nurali and @PFEH.1999
