That's a very old message, probably used when they were testing OS...
A lot of these messages still go around, Like a message from Shadowfiend saying: I'm a masseuse.
But no idea how it got there.

Yah it's supposed to be a template, I guess when OS fails to load it show up bits of the template <shrugs> just ignore it.
