charge is a basic property of matter just like mass....point charge is an approximation applied to things like sphere ( outside the sphere) , or a single charge for that matter....there is no such thing as field charge...electrification is powering due to electricity...permittivity is how much a medium permits the hold of charge...

Charge is physical quantity which define or measure the force an electrostatic force. Permittivity is nothing but permission to line of forces to travel through given medium.
