420 is 24% of the rest of the main student body.
So therefore, you have

24% = .24
You need to solve for the total number of students attending the college.

let's say there are x students then it means 24% of the x is = to 420 $$\frac{ 24 }{ 100}*x=420, x=\frac{ 420*100 }{ 24 }$$ babe you can do it now ;)
