A moderately active woman who is 5 ft 5 in tall and weighs 120 lbs needs 2100 calories per day to maintain her weight. Show that this is approximately the power of a 100W light bulb. Use the fact that I calorie per day is = to approx. 0.049W. can someone please explain this to me. Its confusing me lol

i'm not sure about htis but i'll try... so 1 cal:0.049W= 2100cal:W, you need to find how many watts are there in 2100W. if it is equal to 100 W then it is true that 2100 cal=100W
