How does the network card actually proccesses the current in the ethernet wire, how does it take those electrons and gives the computer files to work with ??

The Ethernet card deals with signals. The signal it receives is usually of voltage signal. Where a particular voltage may represent logic 1 bit and another value a logic 0 bit. The bits are in sequence and is decoded either by your browser of file managr etc.

so since it's just signal it can be broken if physically interfeered by manipulating the voltage right ?
