"Knot" and "plot" are examples of which poetic device? (from the poem "A Valentine" by Edgar Allan Poe)

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

When two words sound similar, what is it called in poetry. I don't mean like to, two, and too. I mean more like buckel, chuckle, huckle, knuckle, muckle, ruckle, stuchell, suckle, and truckle. With a chuckle I undid the buckle so the ruckle was mine to suckle!
