Solve the inequality 12x < 22 + x. x < 1/2 x > 1/2 x < 2 x > 2 do i just move the like terms around ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Subtract x from both sides like in a regular equation, so 12x - x < 22 + x - x. and then you get 11x < 22. can you solve from here?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

12x < 22 + x subtract th x from both sides 12x < 22 + x -x -x --- ---- 11x < 22 divide both sides by 11 11x < 22 ---- - --- 11 11 x < ?
