Explain how DNA can be used to identify an individual when 99% of living things have a common genetic code. Please help me with this, I'v searched it up on google but its not enough for me to understand, i need someone to break it down to me in like nano details.

Organisms have a common genetic code, but it's always unique (except for identical twins) The amino acid sequence it always different in some way, that's why everyone doesn't look exactly the same :)

Thank you very much, Im not very bright, and most of the people copy and paste things from google, and i try reading it and im like what the hell is that, has so many vocabulary words that i have to constantly be searching up to find the meaning
