What I would do is:

Go to the firefox tab in the tab (usually orange)
Then; Options > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content > Clear Now

Then: Log off OS > Restart your PC

I want to see if this is just OS or in general. If just OS, then it is some interaction with this site. If it is in general then your MathJax plugin has gotten borked somehow...

OK. So overall.

You already flushed the cache... Hmm... Well, MathJax uses JavaScript. Anything that changes, blocks, or controls JavaScript can be at fault here. Firewall. A filter. Etc. If you added anything recently for security, make sure cdn.mathjax.org and mathjax.org and .mathjax.org (dot in front) are allowed.
