Hi! Can any please explain to me in layman's terms what the 'Raspberry Pi' actually does or it's function? I have looked up wiki, but since my knowledge in computer science is limited, I don't quite understand it's purpose.. I have enrolled to QUT (Queensland University of Technology) next year to study Information Technology... would this come in handy? I am currently learning Python/C#/Unix/Linux, but in extreme early stages.. would this be a wortwhile investment in conjunction with the mini computer lab i am currently setting up?
