If you had to choose, would you have preferred living under Japanese or European feudalism? Explain your answer.

European feudalism is better even though they still treated their subjects poorly. During Japanese feudalism there were constant wars within the territories and many innocents lost their lives. They common people were both treated the same way by the lords (like nothing), but the key factor is the constant threat on your life by outside forces. In Europe the battles were done away from home.
