HELP! The point A (-7, 5) is reflected over the line x = -5, and then is reflected over the line x = 2. What are the coordinates of A'? A(7,19) B(10,5) C(7,5) D(10,19)

OpenStudy (ddcamp):

The distance between the point and the line it's reflected over will be the same after the reflection. So, since A starts out 2 units away from x=-5, it will still be two units away after you have reflected it:|dw:1377357955924:dw| You think you can do the second reflection?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then would it be (7,5)
