ok For the second one were you have to make your own here's an example: -x^2 + 8x − 20 = 0 First, find factors of -20 that add up to 8: 1 * -20 2 * -10 4 * -5 -1 * 20 -2 * 10 -4 * 5 -2 and 10 add up to so now we have: (x - 2) and (x + 10) Make them equal 0: x-2=0 and x+10=0 x=2 and x=-10 The vertex would be -36 and the graph would open downward because the ax is negative. And it would have a maximum point.
