The slope of a line can be found using the formula (y2-y1)/(x2/x1). Or on a graph you can find it by counting the rise over run from one point to another.
in other words: 1 is y1 while 6 is y2 and -3 is x1 and 5 is x2 now use the formula @Rea201 gave you and solve
so 6-1/5-(-3)
