PLEASE HELP! Factor the polynomial by grouping! 2x^2 -x -3 5x^2 + 34x -7

hero (hero):

For the first one, Find two numbers m and n such that m x n = -6 m + n = -1

Omg, wait I got it it I just forgot to multiply 2 and 3 note it makes sense.

hero (hero):

If you do that, then you'll notice that the two numbers are -3 and 2 so rewrite 2x^2 -x - 3 2x^2 + 2x - 3x - 3 Then factor the first two terms 2x(x + 1) Then factor the last two terms -3(x + 1) So together you have 2x(x + 1) - 3(x + 1) Then factor out what's common to both factorizations: (x + 1)(2x - 3)

hero (hero):

Well, okay, since you got it, then you can do the second one.

When I do it can you check my answer please math god lol (: thanks
