If angle H = angle R, angle G = angle P, and angle Q = angle F, are the following triangles similar?

there are three conditions to find similarity between two triangles. keep in mind these 3 and you can find it. first ratio of three corresponding sides should be equal (SSS) second all three corresponding angles should be equal (AAA) and third one if two sides ratio is equal and the angle between them is equal then they are similar (SAS).
in your case all condition are true so , these are similar triangles
