Well, can you eliminate any of these? Where are you having trouble?

One thing you can do is say the lines to yourself. Do they sound odd? What pauses, if any, are there? Because verbal pauses may indicate a comma should be there. (Not always true, but it is a good thing to try.)

In A, exactly is clarifying the use of what. And in C it clarifies want.
