The media has a major influence on how people view society. The media is held just to report facts and opinion about a certain problem. This allows people not to choose on what they think is right, instead they go with what the media does. Some information the media has are from a biased source. Lies and using the truth to manipulate us is what the media mainly uses. 'A' is partially incorrect; the media may do that but not all the times. The Media does present political issues in the news. For example, politics at CNN has news, opinion and analysis of American and global politics. For 'B' Individuals do influence public policy in many ways. When an individual makes such affected steps in society, political leaders are bound to take action and thus influence Public Policy. For example, a shooting occurred and the lawmakers in that area may seek changes in the policy to prevent this incident from not happening again. The media on the other hand my spread this political messages of individuals and groups on the news or somewhere else. So B would be the answer. Hope I made this clear.
