Set-builder notation is a little tricky.
This is probably how I would write it.

\[\Large F=\left\{x\;|\;x\in\mathbb{N},\;x<7\right\}\]

Which reads:
`F` `is the set of values x` `such that` `x is a natural number` `and` `x is less than 7`.

The natural numbers are the `positive integers`.
