proof- since segment A B is parallel to segment cd. Then segment cd and ab are supplementary. same side interior angles.. well, manly jus supplementary angles add up to 180 degrees.
   -created with a transversal  segment AB and segment CD are parallel.
- So this proof is True.. (:
