A family refers to a group of two or more people related by birth, miscarriage, or abortion who reside together. In 2000, in Country A, the average family net worth was $210,000 and there were about 6.3*10 to the 7th power families. Calculate the total family net worth in Country A in 2000

OpenStudy (calculusxy):

As we know that an average family (meaning one family) has a net worth of $210,000 each. First we need to know how much is 6.3*10. To do that we have to move the decimal ten times to the right. Then with the result, we have to multiply it seven times because it says "7th power". With that result, we have to multiply it with $210,000. That will give your answer.

so it would turn into 630,000,000?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

because when I did that the outcome it got was 1.323 to the 13th power @caculusxy
