$$2=2\times 3^?$$ means 
$$3^?=1$$ and so since $3^0=1$ you know $?=0$

yeah! i know that! so basically the answer in with in the problem! with out really trying to find it! okay! lol gezz i really over thought this problem when it was soo simple! haha @satellite73
