Read the following lines from “The Latin Deli”: She spends her days, slicing jamón y queso and wrapping it in wax paper, tied with string . . . Which of the five senses do the images in these lines appeal to? A. sight, taste, and touch C. hearing, touch, and smell D. hearing, touch, and taste

OpenStudy (littlenugget):

Do you know what jamon y queso is?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think they are pastries with ham and cheese

OpenStudy (littlenugget):

Yeah that's what I would guess. Jamon y queso means "ham and cheese" in spanish. ;) Hearing: the wrapping in wax paper (makes noise) Touch: wrapping in wax paper is touching it Smell: you will smell cheese, that's why they have the saying "who cut the cheese??" :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It doesnt say anything about her eating them (so no taste) but the hearing is confusing me too

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OOOHHHH- the wrapping in wax paper!
