i want to ask ...when we want to draw the graph of exponential growth or power law models ...which one we must us it's log or ln ???

OpenStudy (abb0t):

According to math book: the logarithm to the base e, where e is an irrational and transcendental constant approximately equal to 2.718281828. The natural logarithm is generally written as ln(x), log\(_e\)x or sometimes, if the base of e is implicit, as simply log(x)

OpenStudy (amistre64):

in higher maths, there is only the log() function which is defined as the natural logarithm since its is pretty trivial to convert all "logs" to this.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

but the choice of base is whatever the geometric sequence uses ....
