First, remember that dividing by a fraction is equivalent to multiplying by the reciprocal. So you can pull out the fraction that is the denominator of the whole expression, change it to multiplication with the fraction that is the num'r of the whole thing.

Then factor the two quadratic parts (both of the "inner den'rs" in the original ugly expression, lol). Some things will conveniently cancel.
