in a set of data... 19,19,20,20,21,21,23,23,23,24 ....what is the outlier? and how do you find it?

i guess 24. it's piece of data that's "way off", that stands by itself and that can often be discarded in the calculations because it's often from human error. since 24 appears only once and is higher than the average, we can discard it
