Please explain this to me? A spinner used for a game is divided into 3 sections: yellow, brown, and orange. Janie spins the spinner 18 times. The spinner lands on yellow 8 times. What is the experimental probability that the spinner does NOT land on yellow?

She spins the spinner 18 times. Of those 18 times, she lands on yellow 8 of times. The question asks- what is the probability the spinner won't land on yellow? The answer is 10/18. (Ten out of eighteen times, the spinner won't land on yellow.)
