Hi my name is ******** and I do not really do any sports. In 2011, I played tennis for a month. I still have the rackets, so on the weekends, I practice the sport with my two sisters. When playing the sport, I have to use my energy to become an advanced tennis player.I start by holding the racket with my hand down the rackets handle. I concentrate on where the ball will fall before I swing. When the ball is right where it should be, I swing the racket at the ball. Hopefully I hit it!

It's fairly good, but i would reword it as:
Hi my name is ******** and I am not really into any sports. In 2011, I played tennis for a month. I still have the rackets, so on the weekends, I practice with my two sisters. When playing tennis, I must use a lot of my energy to become a more advanced tennis player.I start by holding the racket with my hand low on the rackets handle. I concentrate on where the ball will fall before I swing. When the ball is right where it should be, I swing the racket at the ball. Hopefully I hit it!
Anyway, I probably didnt make it any better, but hope it maybe gives you some ideas!:)
