\[8x ^{2} + 7x - 15 = -7\]
Add +15 to -7
It will become \[8x ^{2} + 7x = 8\]
Now add 8 (which becomes -8) back to the equation, it will become \[8x ^{2} + 7x - 8\]
8x^2 + 7x 8
