We have four faces exactly the same, however, one of the is a base and not part of the lateral surface area. Since all faces are the same, we need to concern ourselves with only one. 1) Draw your equilateral triangle and label the sides "4". 2) Draw the perpendicular bisector from the apex angle. Mark the two new base angles as Right Angles. That should be more than enough to get you on your way.
