Ideally all the points would be plotted on a graph using the average value for each range of iron counts. A line of best fit could then be chosen aiming for an equal number of points on each side of the line. However this question appears to be constructed so it is not necessary to plot a line of best fit. First calculate the average value for each range of iron counts relating to each of the 16 values of weight. You will find that only one set of ordered pairs among the choices agrees with two out of the 16 pairs that you have found.
