Hi @MaKa. Welcome to OpenStudy! What if you use Roman Numerals to classify your appendices? It's commonly used in thesis.
@MaKa. I didn't know you were following the APA style. I just saw the following article: http://writingcenter.waldenu.edu/Documents/How_to_Format_and_Cite_an_Appendix_in_APA_Style.pdf You'll have to label the appendices using alphabets. Maybe you could break them into subsections?
