The best thing to do is look at the paragraphs that are on both sides of the intended transition. Then you build a bridge between them. The more complex method, but far more effective, is to rework the earlier bit to foreshadow some, then you more easily slide from one topic to the next and the contrasts and examples are deeper and more intertwined in the flow of the piece.
