reversible as in able to make a biconditional

no because not all angles with sum 90 deg are complementary... they can be one after another and still have the sum 90 deg but they don't stand on each other (share a same side)

the top angle in the triangle should be 90 deg (it's not a narrow angle triangle) but you get the point
