It is a place for peer tutoring. It is not supposed to be for just answer exchange. A lot of people get banned for begging for answers or handing them out. But say of you have trouble understanding some terms or the point of an exercise or why you got something wrong... Or lets say you have a multi-page paper you need reviewed.
