Help understanding geometry volume and area formulas... Area of circle and trapezoid, and volume of cylinder, sphere, and right circular cone.

OpenStudy (abb0t):

That's quite a lot of topics. What exactly is it about volume and surface area dont you understand?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Why not look up the formulas for each?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The "how" and "why" they are what they are.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

For example? There are many formulas... Which ones do you need to learn the most?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think that the volume ones are the ones that need the most help. So start with the volume?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Actually, now that I reviewed them, I only don't understand the sphere one...
