ok, anything to a power means that thing times itself that many times. ie: (3/(2b^4))^3 is the same as (3/(2b^4))* (3/(2b^4))* (3/(2b^4)) Does that answer your question?

I know about the exponents I was asking about the numbers because the whole thing is to a exponent of 3 so every thing is being done 3 times do I add them or multiply like in pic.|dw:1377779177151:dw|
