No because my brother's laptop does the same thing , We both run off of Windows 8 & My mom has windows vista , IT works fine on her laptop , Just mine & My brother's looks like that .

Lal. It's loading too slowly, I'd say. Try compatibility mode, that may or may not work...

My brother's does it too . & I just got it modded . It didn't od it before , All I did was replace the screen & Put in a faster processor .

I use Chrome . Nothing else really wants to work on my laptop . I'm trying to get to Linux .
