I am doing my duty..... I Love welcome the new user and encouraging them.

Compliment? To whom?
As per the question is concern, I don't know the answer of it.
And I am just suggesting that you could also help, instead of spamming (it is kind of spamming) posts and writing your "welcome message".
Yes, It is wonderful that you are welcoming the new users, and doing your Amby "job", but com'on, your "greeting" message is kind of, well.... spammy & annoying. No offense. But good luck with your duties :) May you welcome many new users :) HAPPY WELCOMING!
