Solve the equation. Check for extraneous solutions √4x+5=2

Is (4x+5) is all under the radical sign? (That's what I'm assuming. Square both sides, and then proceed as usual - it's just a linear equation then and should be easy enough to solve. Just make sure you check for extraneous solns anytime you start squaring stuff.
