@gypsy1274, that's rude! Some people need help with questions. Maybe if you answered, it would be resolved. Anyway, subtract the top exponent from the bottom one and then simplify. \[x^{2-7} = x^{-5} = \frac{ 1 }{ x^5 }\]So answer choice C.
