thanks

no he's wrong!!

OpenStudy (compassionate):

(-3)+n=17 -3 + n = 17 Now just add 3 to both sides.

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

if it helps to think of it this way, you can rewrite the equation as n-3=17

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

just do what @Compassionate said to do, or add 3 to both sides on n-3=17 +3 +3 on this equation. The three would be eliminated, and therefore... what would "n" equal?

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

darn @power1030 why'd you have to go offline >.<

OpenStudy (anonymous):

n=20 ! ok its true !

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

make sure you provide a process next time @E.ali and do not provide wrong answers! You are hurting a person's learning experience that way
