What are the two characteristics (things) that a Eukaryotic cell has that Prokaryotic cells don't have? (I've written Define Nucleus and Organelles - is that right?)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Prokaryotes don't have a nucleus. So you were right about that. But they DO have organelles, just like eukaryotes.

Ribosomes? But its debatable whether they are or not. In my book it says nothing about their identification as much as I've tried to find something. On the internet, I've read that some scientists say they are organelles and some say they aren't. What could the second characteristic be then?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

They both have organelles. But there are certain TYPES of organelles that prokaryotes do not have. Like....mitochondria. And lysosomes.
