ok so i have to create a city that will be in florida 100 years from now all i need are some pros, cons, or any ideas if anyone has any at all

Take a current city in florida..then research what it was a 100 years ago, use those sme differences to make your future city. Of course make the differences different though cause times change and the problems 50 years ago won't be a problem 50 years form now. Good Luck
