The amount of money a worker makes varies directly with the hourly rate of pay. Worker A earns $168 for an 8 hour period. Worker B earns the same hourly rate as Worker A, but works for only 6 hours. What does Worker B earn? 1008 126 1344 160 @@AkashdeepDeb

OpenStudy (xximhisgirlxx):

i think its c

OpenStudy (ivettef365):

first divide 168 / 8 to see the rate per hour

OpenStudy (akashdeepdeb):

I think it is B) Because Worker B works at the same rate as worker A! What is the rate of worker A? --> 168/8 $/hour So for 6 hours worker B would make 168/8 $/hour * 6 hours = 126$

OpenStudy (akashdeepdeb):

And they have written directly to show that the wage varies equally! It is uniform! :) Understood? :)

OpenStudy (akashdeepdeb):

OpenStudy (xximhisgirlxx):
