Estimate the slope by drawing a line right between those points. If it is near zero slope (i.e. flat) then there is no correlation, if it goes up and to the right, positive, down and to the left, negative. The degree of correlation would depend on how close those points are to the line and how big the slope (either up or down). The flatter the slope, the weaker the correlation. That's it!

I see weak negative correlation.
