Force and length deflected of a spring in a cylinder containing a piston with 3 chambers of pressure?

This is all the values I have so far. I was given the diameters of the cylinders which I converted to area which I then used to calculate force. I am not sure how to find the force of the spring or the third chamber and what the free body diagram should look like.
