if so, think of it this way! 2(5n+8). you multiply the sum of 5 multiplied by n. So thus far, you have 2(5n ... Then, by saying and 8, it is implying that you add 8. Therefore, the final form thus far of your equation is 2(5n+8) Do you need help simplifying it too? @Caittkrieg ?
