Solve the triangle: a = 6, b = 8, A = 35° We set up the Law of Sines to solve for angle B. sin A over a equals sin B over b sin 35 degrees over 6 equals sin B over 8; sin B equals 8 sin 35 degrees over 6 equals .076 B1 = 49.9° and B2 = 180° - B1 = 130.1°

Ok so it goes to .76, how do they get B1?
the angle whose sine is 0.76 is 49.9 degrees (thats the one the calculator gives you) thera are 2 values you because 2 triangles are possible
